There are several types of login blocks in the personal account of the exchange

Account blocking

An account can be blocked:

  • Automatically, after an incorrect password has been attempted five times.

  • By the user with the help of a confirmation-email link.

  • By the administration due to suspicious activity.

To unblock the account it is necessary to contact us at [email protected] using the email address associated with your profile on the KUNA exchange.

IP Block (Error 1015)

A block of your IP by security service to shield from a DDoS attack.

Automatic block, which can be for many reasons: from suspicious activity to insufficient internet connection speed.

Temporary IP block - from 15 to 60 minutes. For immediate access to your personal account, an IP change is necessary.
