What you need to successfully replenish euros with your card.
The card of a Ukrainian bank is issued in EUR.
The card must be issued in your name and surname as indicated in the verification.
Verification level - Basic (You can pass verification in your personal account)
The card must support the 3DS
What cards can be used for deposits?

Go to the "Assets" page, select the "EUR" asset and click "Deposit"
Next, select the "Visa/Mastercard" method
Enter the deposit amount, as a reminder: Deposits in euros are available only from European cards
Click "Continue"
On the next screen, you can check the amount to be credited to your account and save your card - this will allow you to make withdrawals to this card in the future.
After clicking "Continue", a new page will open in a new browser window where you need to
fill in your card details.
Remember: The card must be issued in your name and surname as indicated in the verification.
After filling in the data, click "Pay" and wait for the payment to be credited to your account.
When will the funds arrive?
As a rule, funds are credited within 10 minutes.
Please note that there may be delays in the receipt of payment from your bank, in which case, if the funds have been debited from your balance but not credited to your KUNA.io account within 24 hours, please contact our support team: [email protected]
