What difficulties can I face during the Liveness Check?
In general, the Liveness Check process is very simple and secure. But you may face some difficulties, which are:
Poor lighting. Please make sure that your face is clearly visible on the screen. Be sure to interact with the device in a well lit room.
Incorrect facial positioning inside the frame. You should not be too close or too far away from the camera. Position your face so that it is clearly visible and correctly fit inside the frame. Don’t wear masks, glasses or hats when passing the check.
Your camera isn’t working. Allow access to your device’s camera to take a Liveness Check. Also, check your operating system’s camera settings. Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser.
Photo effects and filters. Using photo effects and filters may lead to rejection. Don’t use any camera effects while passing the Liveness Check.
To pass Liveness Check successfully you just need to follow the system’s instructions.
